Dual-Purpose Operation (Two Cutters)

The machine is equipped with two separate high-speed steel (HSS) cutting heads, allowing it to cut two main styles of keys without needing to change cutters:

• Right Side Cutter: Designed for Flat (Edge-Cut) Keys. This includes standard house keys, padlock keys, and many older automotive keys (keys with saw-teeth grooves). It typically uses a 4-way rotary vise/jaws for excellent clamping versatility.

• Left Side Cutter: Designed for Cylinder/Dimple Keys (keys with dimples or wavy/snake-like cuts). This side often uses a multi-functional vise for securing these complex keys.

2. Micro-Adjustment & Precision

Being a manual machine, precision is critical. The TH-100E includes:

• Micro-Adjustment Guide: A precise mechanism on the guide pin (tracer) allows the operator to make fine-tuned adjustments to the cutting depth quickly, ensuring the copied key is an exact match to the original.
